Some left due to the rudeness of other members here at LP.  They no longer share their numbers.

Not sure about visiondude or chewie..

I tend to agree with them leaving because of rudeness. Lately I've been going back and reading some old posts, and I can't believe the bickering that goes on. But is the folks here who are interested in wanting to know more that are responsible for starting it? Or the person who's dangling the carrot with no backup?

If you have a system that works and can predict then maybe keeping your numbers on the prediction page only is the way to go to avoid confrontation. Once you release that you know something, EVERYONE'S going to want to "know something" too. Don't start something you can't finish.

There was a poll here while back ( Mike, you most likely authored it ) entitled "What happened to Chewie ".

I don't have the patience to research it, but it's in our system somewhere....

Chewie last posted in a thread that was religious in nature and it was clear he did not agree with religion and perhaps didn't believe in God.

He got very critical and it was the last we saw of him.

It's amazing how folks allow emotion and personality to effect the brain rather than vice versa. There are those that will nail you immediately with no consideration or thought whatsoever.

Yup, and there are a number that come up with a method/system that works at a particular time, and then they go overboard on playing it...betting either too much per game or too many combinations (which amounts to the same thing) and then the method stops working, and they don't realize that they have to constantly change with the game(s), and also play conservatively for the "long haul" if they expect to make money, and they lose interest. This is especially true with the Daily Games. It seems, for instance, that this happened to SFilipo and Justin, among others. Good guys. They just got too excited and lost their bankroll.

I agree.. best to keep your "knows" to yourself and continue to make $$$$ instead of trying to prove something.

One doesn't have to try too hard when working on winning picks  6-7 times a week when they aren't pressured to tell how they arrived at the numbers.. Takes the fun out of it all together.

I assume that everyone makes their Buck$ their way.. so I continue doing what works for me.

Wow.  I hope if I decide to stop visiting this site, people miss me as much as they miss Chewie. (probably not.  Sad He's become quite a celebrity.  I just assume people go on with their lives and

                    find other interests.

When I saw the subject of this topic I thought of the "One Hit Wonders" and how people ask what

                    happened to the artists.

I don't post my numbers because I firmly believe it will jinx me.  But that's just me.

I don't go into too much detail about how I arrive at 'numbers' to play because almost nobody either understands it, or believes in my theories, so then a pi$$ing match ensues, and I give up.

I never pooh-pooh anyone else's theories, but oh well, life is still going on.

I agree tntea. It's like sometimes people ask to many questions about how numbers came about that usually has no revelence to the actual numbers you need to focuse on playing. Some people want strategies, and reasons, and theres nothing wrong with questioning things becuz well, it's our nature, but thats just added pressure to deliver...trying to satisfy everyone else's taste but your own, and then you get stuck at the wrong end of the stick.

Which Is why I toned down my involvement in posting numbers. I like playing my numbers and making money when I do, even after winning some people aren't really gonna hit on your numbers unless they believe in them as much as you do.

Hi gang, I doubt most remember me but that's alright. I'm around lurking just trying to come up with the right numbers to hit with.

The scales were tipping to wards I must work to feed the clan. So the posts and the predictions are put on the back burner for now.

I also miss Vison Dude. A good com padre.
