    You only need one to win, but your odds do get better with every one you buy.

      Indeed. I also think that of all the states with W4L scratch-offs, NJ is probably the best odds at winning it. I miss their $5 Lifetime Riches game ($5k/yr/life). I do like to stock up on NJ Win for Life tickets when I'm in the state.

        Someone should make a list of all states with lifetime prizes in scratch-off games (which probably are in the vast majority of states.) The list should include which Win/Lose for Life-type scratches have a cash option. Obviously the best Win for Life-type scratches (eg WA Lucky for Life) have a cash option.
