Thanks Madog10 and cchs13...

I will be the first to admit I CANT DO IT WITH one or TWO combinations..if you have noticed and I am sure many of you have..if a box combination shows on average of 2 months ..give or take a little..then..if you pic those 2 to run and they show in the pretest..well..you might have to wait a couple of months before they come back..so..the pre-testing has got me doing more research now..I am trying to compensate for them taking combinations out that I am looking for..easier said than done..but heh..its still fun looking..lol

I use this to reference each digit in the game to look for what I think may be due. This goes from a pair to evens ,odds, high and lows,etc,etc.

I also look for how the exact order pairs are falling to make my choice for the number I select for possible exact position.

For the inspector three I go and pull the drawing and select the draw range to inspect. I only done mid-day as I only had 2 uses left. I got my mid results for inspection. I copied the key number 0.

Went to the input box and cleared that . Pasted my key 0 numbers into input box then inspected the 0 numbers. Each number can be done on an individual basis to find the data for each number.

I'm not sure if I'm following the math here, but my basic theory on money management for pick 3 is to pick one number to play at either a boxed or combination rate (.50 cents box, $1.00 box , .50 cents ..cost $3.00, or $1.00 combo...cost $6.00 combination). I mention the various costs so that one could decide their chosen amount based on their lottery budget. At any of these rates if one were to pick just one number to play using my state DE as the example, one could play this number for the day and night draws = 13 draws per week for just over 6 weeks before needing to hit and recover the 6 week cost. I generally play my number .50 cents combo which cost $39 a week. If I hit any time before the 6 weeks is up, I have made a profit. This plan works with any of the amounts....50 cents box, etc. The key is to chart the numbers that hit in various ways and select a number that you feel will hit soon, within 1 to 3 weeks. I generally use the numbers that hit the previous week to make a selection for the upcoming week and confirm this by looking at the numbers that hit close to this number in the last 2-4 weeks. Most of the numbers that I select are usually "one off" of 2 other numbers that have hit recently. For example I hit my number tonight (357). Last week 367 came out and 356 hit, and also 257. A couple of weeks back 358 hit. So the 357 was the missing link in all of these numbers. 357 had not hit in some time and I had played it a few other times this year when I thought it would hit and it didn't. But the trends at this time just made it look good. It almost came out to the draw exactly one week later. Last week 356 came out in the day draw, but the 357 hit in the night draw. One doesn't necessarily have to keep the selected number for the whole 6 week period just to keep from getting "locked" in on a loser. After a couple of weeks , one can use the process to select a new number and continue. Every number we pick hopefully will not be a loser. The overall way to look at this method is to realize if one sticks to whatever money amount you chose, one only needs to hit 9 times in a year to break even and not lose any money. Any hits after the 9th will be profit for the year. As a further note, you notice that I mentioned all of these numbers in the "low to high" format, though the actual way they hit could be in any other order. Since I am not playing my numbers straight, I always track them in the low to high format to more easily see the "one off" patterns.

Assuming 1 box, at $1 per number, that is $1 per day, times 14 = $14,
while the payout will be $80 after those 14 days, which makes a net profit of $66 (if the number that fell is a 6-way)
And ofcourse, one who knows 1 6-way for sure, then drop the box-play and go straight, would end up:
$6 per day, makes $84 every 14 days, win = $ 500
which gives a nice profit of $416 every 14 days, or $832 every month (at the least, because sometimes the number will hit sooner)
Those who can do that must be swimming in their money by now, own their own island and fly up there by helicopter.
And surely they would no longer be playing at $1 per number, but at a $100 per number ($41600 winnings every 14 days, or $83200 every month), or even more, playing the sure number at a $1000, playing online would make the online stores go out of business (or at least dropping the pick3 game from what the're offering)
Time to wrap up and dismantle the Pick3 game...

Pick 4 is even better box playing with $200.00 for a no match at a dollar.
Gives me 200 draws to break even.
