sunrise : when the sun is at the horizon

At sunrise the sun, in whatever sign it is in, is rising. Right now it is in tarus. Above the horizon at sunrise the preceeding sign will appear to be above it when you cast a chart. In this case on May 11th it is Aries. On June 11th the sun will be in Gemini and the preceeding sign will be Taurus at sunrise. This is very general information. Astropro has a free small download that shows you where the planets are. It is called "AstroClock". It uses glyphs for the signs and planets, etc. The moon goes through the signs approximately every month or changes to the next sign every 2 1/2 days ( again.. general ) You can do a search for " ephemeris '' and find the sun and moon positions there, but Libra Dave has it all right there for us to see along with all his great work.
