my theory is that ten players did not pick five white numbers randomly to win 5+0.so,we have to think that the lottery dishes out quickpicks to areas of powerball land?how do they set up their computers to have 10 winners, dependent on proceeds played, before the drawing?

10 Winners: Designed to increase player participation in the next Drawing.

Number of 5+0 Winners is inversely proportional to the Power Play Multiplier (x2).

Surprisingly when the numbers are low ones you get a lot more 5+0 winners...If the numbers had stayed under 31 ( B-day) which is waht alot of people play...not that they are all picked but,,,thats what I see...

This observation only accounts for 3 of the 5 numbers drawn.

i see,so you're saying, that there are 10 people out there, who all have the same birthdays on the same day,of 5 out of 5 birthdays.not fair, they would have to increase whiteballs for me to win,ha ha!
