This is how I do my workouts. A guy showed me this a couple of years ago and now I can't get in touch with him to find out where he got it.
Say today's mid fell 026
Subract 1 from each number on the left and add 123 to each number on the right. then carry the sixth numbers over to two new columns and do the same in reverse.

The numbers in yellow are what he called "predictors", notice they match.
The numbers I've underlined are from a pattern I've noticed. The next number to fall often has two numbers out of one of them, especially when the number is a predictor. Often it will fall straight. The next number that fell was 457. Keeping these in a notebook and looking back at past draws you will notice the numbers falling in certain areas from previous workouts. So you would take 458 and look at all the numbers in say the past two draws if that's where they're falling and keep all numbers that have a pair from 458. Sometimes the pattern will shift to the bottom left numbers or bottom right. Sometimes they'll run just next to the predictors. Often the number that falls next will have at least one number out of the predictors. Some numbers won't have predictors. Then it gets kinda tricky... I'm still figuring stuff out.
If anyone knows where this system came from I'd love to find out.

Dagnabbit I had 575 written down from the four lottery bible numbers for 452... right there on top. Forgot to post them and didn't play it.

Ky eve due digits 0,9,1,3,8,6. The hot digits are 4,5,7,2. The due digit is an 0 (out 10). The due no match pair is 1-6. The due doubles are 11,66,16,00,55,05,22,77,27,33,88,38. The due roots are 4,6,8,5.
The due vtracs are 4(38) (out 4) and 2(16) out 2.

464 just doesn't make any dang sense. It's 575 minus one. That just doesn't happen very often, grrr. Another double next? Maybe 353? It's so random.
