    I'm not sure. I'm the only one in my family that really plays the lottery and I don't think that too many of them would enjoy a scratch-off as stocking stuffers. I know I would!

      Depends on the amount.

      Might make a good poll: At one point (dollar amount) would someone receiving scrathcers as gifts would rather have just had the cash, since all too often those scratchers given as gifts are losers?

      Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

        I save up a bunch of losing tickets and then use them as name tags for my girlfriends gifts.  If she sees a losing ticket on a gift she knows its for her!!
