In New Mexico, you may not remain anonymous. Oh, the shame!

See Ya!-- Bye, bye!  When you win, may you glow as brightly as theSun Smiley

In Louisiana, the PB can be claimed as a trust.  A lady did so a few jackpot wins back.  From the FAQ's I have read, the only state that allows anonymity is Delaware!

I wrote the Ks Lottery and this is what they said:

In order for us to use your name, you must sign a Public Disclosure Authorization form.  If you choose not to sign the form then you will remain anonymous.  If you have further questions, please let us know.  Thank you.

Damn, I thought that might have counted for MM too... What about setting up a trust to claim??

          from the AZ lottery FAQs

However, Arizona Lottery jackpot winners are given the option of participating in or declining a press conference and/or publicity. We believe a press conference enhances the winning experience, and it usually eliminates receiving multiple calls from the media.

we had a couple of guys win, 7 mil or so, ten or so years ago. they declined the news conference and put notes on their doors at home, "all media interviews $10,000". the local media talked about them and the notes then the hub-bub died down rather quickly.

now about be able to win anonymously is something i'd liked to be able to do. however i play the lottery under the rules of that state and if i win i'll collect under the rules of that state. after i won and collected i'd be hanging out in another state at relatives house (different name) till the hub-bub died down then slipping back into town to take care business.
