Jackpot winner!

Well, looks like I can go back to not playing for several weeks.

after seeing the results and the winners of tonight's drawing the real BIG winner (besides the lucky one in VW) was the lottery...they sold millions of tickets and to end up with 14 second places, 100 second places + powerplay 2 they did great (compare that to mega millions which was won at 270 million with 42 second places and 245 thirds,<mega players would really benefit from a megaplier>)...i mean considering the level of participation at these levels the total payout was 14.1 million (besides jackpot) which was similar to previos draw payout....powerball is pretty much jackpot or bust...the other prize levels are not adequate comparing the odds with other p5 games...also what seems little bit funny to me is VW sold only 39K winners PA sold 379K (nearly ten times as much) and no jackpot..i guess it shows that you can't do much about it...no matter how hard we try one has to be lucky...so congrats to the winners and congrats to powerball ..they really made a good profit during this run...wish everone here at LP good luck during the next runs...for the meantime until this thing gets up there again i'm gonna stick with cash 5 (average jackpot payout here in PA is around 200K with 1:~900K odds) not gonna make one a millionare but realistically thats pretty good to have 200Ks too...

Thanks and Congrats to the other winners.

I did a little experiment where I tried to imagine the drawing before hand and pick

          just 5 + 1 for a dollar.

          I came up with  01-02-33-43-47 + 03

I played them, but got nothing. Still, that was a pretty interesting experiment. It was better than trying to guess what numbers I thought were due to come up.

ha..your experiment was something similar to mine...1-2-27-42-43 pb 39...but i also played other lines besides that ...my experience has been if i'm only gonna play a buck or two i generally make better decisions on the numbers

it's so crooked,i have played all pb #s and ended up only winning 3 bucks before,so it is hard to win anything.
