  Is there an easy way to track the hottest P-4 numbers for all states instead of doing it state by state?

  If you know your number is going to hit, have patience and then KILL IT!

  You never know when you will get another hit.

  Here is one way.....see below. 

  On Lottery Post In the blue menu bar at the top of this page click results click daily numbers games click advanced tools and options click deflate all pick 4 results. Use the calendar in the upper right hand corner to change the date or go back as far as you want. Have some paper and pencil handy to jot down the hot numbers that have been drawn the most for the time period your after. Or copy and save to note pad, excel etc..

  There are lots of features on Lottery Post if you explore the options.

   

  There might be software programs that can do the same thing. But i don't have any.
