Me and my co-worker (In our boredon that is the night shift) put a little more thought into this idea, and we decided that in order to get this to work, we would have to have a friend, who does not work for the company, try this out first.

That's called collusion, the person who does not work for the store is called your agent or confederate, and it could get all of you in deep trouble.

You'd be facing not only defrauding the store but defrauding the lottery, too.

Such schemes have cost many a casino worker their job.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

While I will give you that (Although at my work, we don't get bored too often.), I must ask for which chain is he a manager?

Me and my co-worker also thought the lady should not have been given a refund, especially since it was the meat manager who gave her the refund, and not the seafood manager (who should have handled it, since it was fish that she let go bad.), but we won't get into that.

Sent you a PM of the store name. My husband has been in that line of business for over 20 years so he has seen and delt with everything!

Your store may hand out refunds for food, however they are not going to give out refunds for lottery tickets that someone bought and lost on, again its just not going to happen, and a bad idea to even try it. Beside the fact that you are dealing with 2 different businesses. The PA lottery and a individually owned grocery store.

Even if you're off the clock and shopping, that doesn't mean you'll be able to throw your weight around like other customers do. To your coworkers, you're a coworker, not a customer. I've worked in customer service positions before. Try giving a manager at your job a hard time because you're a "dissatisfied customer". See how responsive they are.

Actually, I've done it before, back when I used to do my shopping at my work (I now go to another store in the chain instead because of the poor customer service at my work.).  I've complained about rude service.  At my work, people get taken off the schedule (More or less the equivalent of being terminated) for getting reported in for being rude to customers.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.
