  There was a "guy" was registered a membership under the name "Lotto Journal".

  After researching, it is apparently the same person who runs around creating hundreds of different personas and web sites for the intention of directing you to their network of sites that supposedly sells lottery tickets over the Internet.  Except it is not a real lottery ticket service, it is a scam in which they don't really buy any lottery tickets at all.

  No, it is not a store clerk in California who is trying to help you win the lottery.  The same "guy" is a "woman" in another persona/web site he runs that ends with the word "elite".

  Don't waste a single brainwave wondering if the person is for real.  They aren't.  It is the same person that comes back here every few months trying to register a new membership under a different persona, because they know that Lottery Post reaches more lottery players than any other site.

  I saw him coming.....lol

  Well, not really a nice guy, because he is a fake persona made up by a lotto scammer.  I would be interested to see where the photo came from.

  u can find his photo all over the place. Just type scratcher's secret or something to that affect in the search box of google, and you'll see his puss on youtube and other areas.
