Note: good choice of bias numbers but poor choice of matching them per column (immediate failure of permutation follows). there are 3 sets that matched 3 for a box (kind of expected this at least with so many numbers "fixed"). will use similar strategy for the night draw except my bias numbers will be 0 and 9, I will simply add 2 rows of all 0's and 9's and permute.

Note: lets do this, i hate bias, bias means increased set count and reduced entropy in the predictions. lotto = very high entropy, both outcomes will generate all 4 numbers, I am also interested in front/back pairs (if any) and generally curious how bias/non-biased sets "compete" with each other. going forward I will keep this strategy and keep randomizing bias numbers (this will increase entropy while keeping bias idea in place). let the games begin!
