The Lottery Helper is used for getting stats on the Pick 3 lottery for several different states.
As you can see it retrieves past draws and then can show how many times a number was used in what position, missing front and back pairs, most popular pairs and even-odd stats.
I am constantly updating it and always looking for input on things I can add to it.
When you turn the program on it automatically checks for a new version and allows you to download it if you want to.
I'm not sure if I am able to post links or not so if you want it pm me your email or something and I can send it to you.

This looks like a good lottery tool. If it is freeware Id say post links to the file or you will be flooded with PM's. If its not freeware please please pm me the link.
Thanks for the share.

It is freeware but last time I tried you aren't allowed to post links for some reason so if you send an email to me then I can send it when I get it.

Hi Prov,
Add your high and low filter by position to go with the even - odd filter.
On the front , back and mixed pairs add the even-odd filter and the high and low filter.
On the front , back and mixed pairs add the double and no match filter as well as a consecutive and wild match filter.

This is my front pair search for S.C.
I am currently looking for a double pair in position 1 and 2
a useful filter.

Add your high and low filter by position to go with the even - odd filter.
This would be for the digit exact number
123 LLL
196 LHH
182 LHL
You would be keeping track of all the possible combinations with the hit skips for the high and low digits.
On the front , back and mixed pairs add the even-odd filter and the high and low filter.
15 OO
22 EE
89 EO
15 LH
22 LL
89 HH
Hit skip tracking for both even-odd and high-low digits
On the front , back and mixed pairs add the double and no match filter as well as a consecutive and wild match filter.
00 double
12 14 consecutive pairs and wild match pairs tracked together.
12 or 21 consecutive [consecutive will be for either position of the pair digits. The tracking of each pair either way will give the stats on each way.]
14 wild match [ no consecutive pair in the number] [ a wild match gives you the option to search for a pair with no consecutive numbers]

Hit skip tracking of the above.
The High-Low filter is very much like the Even-Odd:
It also has 8 straight patterns for the whole pick 3 number:
LLL
LLH
LHL
HLL
HHH
HHL
HLH
LHH
As with the Even-Odd each of those patterns represents 125 straight combinations.
----------
For straight pairs:
LL
LH
HH
HL
As seen, only 4 straight combinations.
There are 100 pairs for each position, so each pattern might represent 25 pairs, which might be 250 straight combinations.
----------
For boxed or any order High-Low filters:
There are 2 kinds, the regular: Boxed patterns
LLL
HHH
LHH
HHL
Those for the whole pick 3 number
---------
For Pairs: 3 patterns
LL
HH
LH (same as HL) as we are talking about boxed patterns.
------------
And the "Mostly" boxed patterns: 2 Patterns:
LLH (HLL same thing) Mostly Low, the LLL pattern is included in this filter pattern.
HHL (LHH same thing) Mostly High, the HHH patern is included in this filter pattern.
---------
For pairs:
There is no "Mostly" filters for pairs, only the 3 regular ones from above.
-----------
Cosecutive pairs:
12, 23, 34, 45, 56, 67, 78, 89, 90, 01.
Reversed Consecutives:
10 09 98 87 76 65 54 43 32 21
------------
And His Wild Match, any no consecutive pairs as He says.
-------------
His "Hit Skips" tracking, are the draws that have gone by between the hits of the particular patterns mentioned above.
---------
He also mentions double digits pairs: 00 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99 and
No doubles pairs, 16, 07, 01, Etc.
-----------
All of that is a very good start, together with the Even-Odd patterns.
