How to filter out the numbers.

Look at the previous draw, for example 5-6-7 was yesterday's mid in your state, so I would filter out all the numbers that does not contain number 5 or 6, or 7. And then play them for the next mid draw.

Then, filter out numbers that shared 2 of the same numbers from the previous draw.

Look closely for 1 digit repeats from previous result. Same goes for two digits. Though, that is rare but it does happen. We don't care much for rare, we only care for what's common so we have better advantage. This is one of the many filtering methods I would go about in filtering down 50 available numbers to a nice small budget for individual state.

This system needs more work for consistent hits on expected STR hits. Going to do some tweaking and test new numbers for part IV.
