I'm assuming the Florida Lottery rollover is low because people aren't playing? It went from 3 to 5 and now 7 million instead of 3 to 6 to 9.  Is that the only factor that influences a rollover amount? It's going to take it forever to get to a point where i will go down and buy more tickets now, but maybe that's a good thing!

It could be plenty of people are playing but winning so many lower tier prizes that little is left to add to the jackpot.

I suppose that might be possible, but I've never seen a game where the prize pools weren't a percentage of sales. Fewer people playing seems like the logical explanation, especially with PB having been added recently.
