For all of those who would just like to have the executable code, which creates a P3 model, I have uploaded the program to Skydrive, from where the program can be downloaded. Here is the link:

I have had many requests hoping for an Excel version, and I have to tell you that if you can run Excel, then running this program will be a snap.
Instructions for use:
1. The name of the program is createP3Model. The description of the program and examples of the output of the program can be found in the first Post.
2. Download createP3Model to a working folder.
3. In order to run the program, you need to have a P3 past draw file for the lottery you are considering. You have to create a text file(using Notepad, for example) with at least 50 past draws. The latest draw should be on top, and the oldest on bottom. One past draw to a line, no spaces or extra characters. Save and name the file drawsP3.txt. The file has to be saved to the same folder that contains the program. It's very important to get the past draw filename correct, otherwise the program will not run.
4. Once you have completed Step 3, find the folder that contains the createP3Model, click on the folder name and then click on the createP3Model icon. You'll see a new screen appear and be prompted to enter the number of days for which you want to create the model. Type in any number less than or equal to 50 and hit the Enter key. The result will appear almost instantaneously. By entering any key, the program will exit.
That's it. If you have any questions please ask, and let's make this a community effort, meaning, if anyone wants to jump in and help anyone who's having trouble please do so.
