I always wondered what random drawings are suppose to look like. All I have to go by is ball drawings and it sure looks like each ball has the same chance of being drawn. Do the RNG states change their programs to make the results "look like random"?
If you look at the history of games that use balls drawings, over time the most popular ball will can come up twice as many times as the least popular ball. Since most people agree ball drawings are the most random method available any test for the randomness of computer generated numbers must consider that condition can exit too.
