Something that Concerns me...Illegal Lotto System = Terrorrist Act...Prev TopicNext Topic

  This concerns me....Yeah it is true that the lotto revenue in the USA goes to education and other causes to help the less needy...

  But suppose [like other countries could adopt this measure], but suppose other countries use the Lotto REvenue which can amount to 1 or 2 billion dollars a year or more but suppose other countries use it to make the country green or plant more trees or for the Army or for a bigger police force or have the country oil free or for satellite communications service, or for that country's CIA or FBI, or for whatever other than education...

  Then if that was the case and if you came out with a system that can win with easy or crack that country's lotto whether is scratchoff or lotto and you kept it a secret: "TECHNICALLY THAT MAKES YOU A TERRORRIST" and they will/could be forced to put you in prison or track you or spy on you...And if you gave your hot/illegal system secretly to a lot of people it could be considered a "TERRORRIST ACT... 

  I never thought about this is just another side of the glass/mirror we are not looking at...

  The Forex trades: 1.6 Trillion dollars EVERY day, that´s more than the GDP of the Carribbean Central America, COMBINED.   not only that, the lotto revenue some countries could use it and let it go into providing/creating new jobs or agriculture to feed people either way if you came up with a system to derail the lotto/scratchoff revenue it will "STILL" be considered an act of terrorrism...

  by the way i am just figuring this out...

  you may say: provide jobs???how? Well supposed someone makes $500 a month/6,000 a year...Well you multiply: 6,000 x 25 years of work which is the normal time someone works and then retires...it will be: $150,000 by that time that person is: 62..Then you multiply 3,00 or 4,000 x 15 years which is the time someone lives after that [human lifespan] again this is just an example...it totals: 45,000...Which it will be: 150,000 + 45,000 = 195,000 dollars....And you divide 1 billion divided by: 195,000 dollars = 5,000 people with a lifetime jobs...

  that's 5,000 people getting a lifetime job every year...But it gets better...The 5,000 people that are working their salary has already bet set aside so the job/product they do/did will generate money for the company and 50% of the revenue goes to the company the other 50% goes to pay the salary of 5,000 extra people which they will work to produce more products/jobs and their profit 50% will go to the company the other 50% to another 5,000 people and so and and so on reverberating, a continuous cycle...

  but it still will be considered an act of terrorrism if you came up with such a hot system...And it will not be only the government that will come after you but all those people that got jobs thanks to the Lotto revenue...

  The thing is that it simply displaces investment from other sources of income.   These are all things that the government is expected to do, all that raising the money from lotteries does is reduce the amount the needs to be contributed from general funds and hence repurposed to something else.   They may be saying that the lotto is for the education system but in fact it just allows them to divert money that would otherwise have been used for the education system for something else, some of which you may not agree with.

  It's pretty much an illusion that the money only benefits what they say it'll benefit.

  Since 9/11, the patriot act pretty much makes everything a terrorist act.   All they have to do is say that you're using your computer for terrorist activities and not only can they seize the computers for analysis without cause but also detain you without cause.   If a company's computers is used for illegal activities such as spamming or hacking into other systems, the system administrator can be detained as a terrorist without cause.   Civil liberties have been severely eroded since 2001, some good has come of it, the rampant seizure of computers for analysis has lead to the prosecution of many a pedophile but it's just a matter of time before such powers are abused.
