Looks close to somethings I watch. Although Ive just started tracking the numbers in much the same way
Here is what I see.
The 3 was out for awhile. Normally I would tend to eliminate this number for this draw and play/use it for the next 2
although numbers do come back 3 or 4 times in a row I tend to eliminate them as well so I would not use the 0
the pair 69 has come together in 4 of the last 10 draws I would not use that pair.
in the last 3 draws only the number 2 and 8 "out" so to speak.
The 8 has been out for 3 draws. In my game that is a hot number to play.
Also the 2 is new and from looking your chart over about 50% of the time when a number goes "out"
It comes back the next draw. (didnt have time to totally back test this is only in the short term back to the 703)
So Ive got 4 gates
A-13
B-47
C-695 (but not 69 together)
D- 28
Your last 5 draws have been gates
D-D-A
D-D-B,C
D-D-A,C
A-AB-B
A-D-D
D will usually hold a number
I would pick the 8 (going on the fact that over 50% of numbers going "out" to gate d came right back seems over odds)
looking at the other groups I would probably toss the 69 altogether and look at the remaining
A/B/C
13/47/6
gate d=8
There are lots of ways to put those together i usually look to box a pair but you could take them all
AAD ABD ACD BBD BCD CCD ADD BDD CDD
this would give you if my math is correct 20 boxed bets.
If i wanted to narrow it farther down I would toss the 6 out of gate c
and pick 1 number from gate A or B
the 1 is new after a mid skip and the 3 after a decent skip
The 4 is also new from a lengthy skip leaving me the 7.
picking between the 1 and 7 is the tough part but this case I personally would go with the 1
Not knowing of course if your game shows a back to back draw skip 1 draw skip 1 draw.
7 hit 2-4-5 draws back.
So I would play 1/8/all boxed for 10 bets.
Of course if the number 8 doesnt show they all are losing tickets
