If I collect arhives of lotteries from all states and create a program that will screen out already played numbers, it will increase the chance of winning a lottery?

instead of collecting archives of lotteries, generate lotto numbers randomly.  I think you have same chance.

A program called LotSoft should help you.  Do Google search.

Depends on the games you are playing.  Box hits for pick3 and pick4 repeat more often then combinations for pick5 and pick6 games.  Any way, it's just a theory and there are lots of those around.  Good luck.
