  It aint necessarily so coin toss, Perhaps they will look at the Big Picture and think of the Revenues it represents for the State.  Maybe, they will say, okay let's see what happens here and look the other way as it does not really brake any law, really I call my friend in GA and ask ker to buy numbers for me all the time, and she does! What???!!!!

  I see me hitting a pick 4 straight, 5 times, that's what I see coming, I'm going to stick to my theory.  It will work and it will be a fact.
