If I was going to do something like this I would probably use all 10 digits to start then add in my pick 4
10 plays total for the digits.
So for example if I came up with the pick 4 of say 1234
I would use all 10 digits the add my pick 4 to each
ie
1+1+2+3+4=1,2.4,7,1 remember to use lottery math and add each number to the last
if I used the decades 02101 (remember this can never total over 5)
this would leave me with
1,22,34,37,41
add each digit across the board for our starting numbers
2-23-35-38-42
3-24-36-39-43ect ect
Im not sure off the top of my head how many total combinations of the decades are possible but it has to be less then 1,000. Now most steady pick 3 players can get at least 1 number out of 3 pretty steady so the starting point shouldn't be that hard.
Im guessing the starting point for the decades should be able to do in the same.
Your looking at 3 decades starting points + 3 digit starting points to add to your 2 pick 4 numbers for a total of 9 tickets.
