badboy00z, You are waxing poetic with this, I do know of many right here in New York who started with  few properties and are quiet millionaires now!!! to see them you would not even know it!

Oh I know there are unheard of millionaires out there who live a modest lifestyle. That's how they stay rich. Lol.

    its a spin on

The Best Things In Life Are Free
and all the other topics of what you "would" spend your lotto win/money on

but am more intrested in this,

what do you all think is the best things money CAN buy you

    ---------------------------

for my own input ,to get things started:

Reach/farm the size of small county out in the country,

and have a fiber fiberoptic  line that cost a small fortune connected to it, so i be "connected" to outside world with insane net speeds, for gaming and such things

also owning a priavte jet for world traval, and my own helicopter for short distance traval,

and my own staff to serve me day and nite, such as a cook, personal assistant for the chores,  and  a body guard to feel safer,

thats the best stuff i think money can buy, whats your take everyone?

My children a wonderful childhood.  I would love to take them to amusement parks across the country :)

Time = money. By the commutative law we therefore know that money = time, so the best thing money can buy is time.

FREEDOM!!   The ability to determine how to spend your own time.   Not to have to depend on a job or employer for your livelyhood.   To be able to travel at will and live anywhere.    Also to enjoy and sample other cultures lifestyles foods...ect.

We all know that the  best things in life are FREE, ( health, joy love etc)  but I wouldn't mind winning the lottery so i can pay the second best, Financial security.

For me, it is knowing that I don't have to worry will there be enough money in the bank to put food on the table, knowing that there is money to put the kids into college if they want to go and having the ability to just stop, take a breath and relax. Ultimately, having the ability to take a vacation whenever and whereever I want is another good benefit to having the BIG $$.

While having big homes loaded with everything imaginable is always the first thing that comes to mind, in reality, having a house that is made a "home" when it is filled with love and happiness that is caused by not having the worries about money, is the ultimate best thing to buy.  Also, having the ability to invest into the future to ensure that the kids have money as well as their kids is also the best to me.

                    Yes FREEDOM.

And a nice plot of land where I can build my house with a FAB U LOUS kitchen.

Now add a husband and some adopted kids and grandparents to help me make this house a home.

And a maid/butler to help us keep this house clean.  I'm messy and a pack rat - got to have some help.
