  The website was probably designed with the purpose of being non-user friendly.  I'm sure GA Lottery knows that many people like to track the numbers.  With that being said, it is basically a way to cut down on the amount of people that track numbers, and pay out less.  You still have the ability to track numbers;however, you have to click directly on the cash3/ cash4 link, then select a date range for the history that you would like to view. I personally think the new website sucks, and that they need to revert back to the old version.  If they would like to make the Powerball information readily available, that's great.  I would just suggest replacing the link for Win for Life off of the initial web page that comes up when accessing the site.
