When I try to paste the p3 results into excel it displays them as dates.I've tried going under number formatting and changing it to general, but it doesn't work. Please help.

Highlight the column or columns that the pick - 3 digits are in. Then go to Format , then to cell. click on it. Go to "numbers" , then go to "decimal places" and bring it down to 0. then click on ok. That should take care of the problem. If you have pick - 3's that start with 0 and they are not showing , Highlight the columns again, go to format and to cells, then scroll down to "Custom" in the Type area you will see 0's . If you are using one column for you pick - 3s ,put 3 -0's in this area and hit OK.
