I wouldn't wear a disguise, I think once they know your name and address it doesn't matter. Plus I would change my name (marry my long time partner) and move afterwards so again it won't matter. Unless you just put yourself out there i think the vast majority of people forget lottery winners soon after they have won.

Anyone remember the Unknown Comic? Wore a paper sack on his head? I'm gonna go as him...well, her....okay, dressed as him but a her. Oh shoot, the headline would probably read "Bag lady wins Lottery!" Or "Baggy lady wins Lottery" depending on exactly what they're looking at! rofl Maybe I'd better rethink my costume!

I'd have a lawyer claim it though I'd still probably have to be there though I might want to be anyway to make sure things go according to plan, would definitely wear a disguise of some sort if I had to actually be there but nothing over the top, just enough to where I wasn't immediately recognizable. I'd also be ready to move ASAP.

You can't predict random.
