    18 to 25?

My old man used to tell me that I was "still wet behind the ears" when I was that age.

    And he was right.

tiggs is older then ridge runner and smarter then ridge runner but he's old and dumb????...

I used to think my old man made it up but you can google it and there's a lot of stuff about it.

Basically it means that you don't know shinola from a hole in the ground

What difference does it make: The Lottery and Lady Luck know no age!

I'm 21. been playing the lottery for about a year now. The most I ever won was $200 twice, both on scratch tickets. One was $5 ticket and the other was a $20. I dont buy scratchers at all anymore. I just play Mega Millions, Powerball, Pick 5/35 game, pick 6/49 game, and occasionally pick 4. I'd love to win that 266 Million MM jackpot. I'd take the cash option and after taxes, I would get $115,640,000.

I'm 24, but I've been interested in the lottery since I was 14.

I don't really play the lottery anymore. I have other ways I would prefer to use my money.

Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.

In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!
