  Not everyone comes here to swap information or learn things. As we've all seen every so often someone new will show up and their first post will be something like, "Can you tell me how to win the Powerball?"

  It's almost as if someone started rumor that LP is a group of people who have already won jackpots, or know how to play the Pick 3 and 4 and hit it everyday, twice a day, just waiting to give the winning numbers out.

  So those people stick around for awhile and then leave.

  Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners. 

  

  There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
