  The OP was a joke folks (joker17 got it!), the idea being the ticket was bought Somewhere Else, i.e., to win you have to buy your ticket somewhere else.

  This is pure entertainment watching someone wax nostalgic of their past and going along for the ride. There should be an assisted living place somewhere in Nevada where these tidbits of lost trivia can be shared over butterscotch pudding and Ensure.

  Looking at it from an astrology point of view it doesnt really matter where you buy it but more

  what time you buy it. There are several 4 minute windows each day which are favorable for you, the one is stronger than the other

  depending on the location of the planets, you have to know the exact time of birth to calculate this. You should look into Jack Gillen's books where

  all of this is discussed and explained in great detail but beware : this is no easy subject. Gillen also often jumped from A to C without explaining B

  but the man is the real deal no question about that.
