I believe this is the third time in appoximately the last two months that multiple JP or 2nd place winning tickets have been sold at the same store in Brooklyn.  The latest (below) was for the 12/1/10 Powerball drawing.

The best explanation I can think of for it is players with a lot of cash are wheeling numbers.  What say you?

I understand how you feel, i also noticed the multiple wins in certain places.  I was going crazy trying to find out by checking the new york lottery website for press releases about the multiple wins in mega millions, take 5 and powerball.  But i gained my sanity back when i noticed the following on september 17, 2010, somebody hit the mega millions 2nd prize multiple times in brooklyn, BUT THE ONE THAT HIT IT BIG WAS THE JACKPOT WINNER, SHE WON $54 MILLIONS DOLLARS WITH $2 QUICK PICKS.

By the way, you don't have to worry about those hitting the 2nd prizes multiple times, they are making our jackpots bigger. check more winners at my blog http://masterrothschild.blogspot.com/ if you have any questions about my opinion leave an email, i will be willing to explain.

If you browse through the winners at my blog, you will not believe how many jackpots and second prizes have been won with small amounts of money $1, $2, and $5.who cares if people win multiple times when people win the main jackpot with $1, $2 and $5 QUICK PICKS. THESE ARE THE BIG WINNERS, DON'T YOU AGREED?

I agree completely.  I only spend a small amount (if I even play, as I don't ALWAYS play) on Mega, Power, Sweet Mil or Lotto.  It only takes ONE ticket.
