  As for me I would have to look into more of the states' history as to how it handles specific overdue digits.

  & I must add that I would not use someone's program to find that info. I use the historical data found in the Search Past Results feature here at the Lottery Post. 

  In my previous postings in other threads I discuss ways of narrowing down # selections in which to play.
