Today was a good day. Won $10 on a $10 ticket. On way home from work stopped to cash it in -- and decided to get another one -- won $1,000. Pretty awesome!!!

Avoid the new tickets!! Huge scam on Chili Pepper Payout! Bought 5 yesterday and 6 today - both in a row - and not one winner! Back to being off but wanted to warn people.

I am absolutely done with this Lottery after I finally manage a win. 3 of the Bankroll Doublers - nothing! Something like 17 of the Chili Pepper Payout - nothing! These are the worst tickets ever, ever to be put out. Congrats to Tormentor, he does well on the Frenzys. But if I am not seeing it here, I can't play those either. PA ruined a fun activity.

Strange Matt, I found the Chili Peppers to be really good, bought one before and hit $25 and one the other day and hit $10. My wife hit a $25 and $50 already on them. My store already cashed in a $400 and a $100 on Bankroll Doubler. I'm sticking with the Frenzys for now but the $5 Frenzys are getting hard to find around here.

Ok I guess it's 14 losers on the Chili Pepper Payout. But what is the difference? Yesterday I got #004-000 (they go down) at the Weis in Gilbertsville. No winners; haven't seen that to start a roll in a while. Then from Limerick Giant, #027-032 all lost. I am really doubting the odds are what they say. The loser zones have been out of control for a while - the rolls I got have proven that - but things are even worse now. 4-5 routinely are duds.
The only winners I had were on the new $2 ticket in State College - bought 5 of them and won $8.
Won't be playing for a long time if ever, but I advise the lurkers and posters here to buy the Frenzys instead - have been bad for me also but maybe your area would be better.

Since you mentioned the terrible Chili Pepper tickets ... I have not bought any but someone bought many from a new book in self-serve terminal ... this person will usually spend $300 to $500 on scratch offs ... maybe more in one day, this guy goes to several places ... I run into him all the time.
Well, I was headed to the Rite Aid to get a few game tickets and in the trash can was one huge pile of tickets ... I pulled them all out ... I was looking for the Truck and Bucks tickets that he throws away ... he doesn't enter the 2nd Chance Drawings.
There were several $30 and many $20 tickets and also many $10s, $5s and a few $2s.
Anyway, there were 18 Chili Pepper tickets in a row that paid nothing ... I'm also thinking it could have been 21 tickets in a row that paid nothing ... it was really bad.
I really don't buy scratch offs ... only a few times a year.
I will add that he plays so many tickets that he got "careless" two weeks ago ... he had already been to the Rite Aid before me ... and there was another pile of tickets in the trash can ... I pulled them all out and scanned each one ... I expected nothing but he messed up on a $30 ticket ... it paid me $40 ... he just had so many tickets it got missed.
I never bought a $30 ticket so winning $40 on that high price ticket made my day.

Interesting story! Good for you finding the winner, and I am not surprised about the 18 - I am sorry I even started playing that ticket. I also noticed the 3 Bankroll Doubler tickets that I got all had a cruel pattern - they would have every number such as 10, 20, 30, 40 in your numbers except the one in the winning numbers.

The Frenzys actually have the worst odds of any of the games, my friend bought 2 books of the $5 Frenzys and both books only hit on 12 tickets which is terrible and both books paid out less then $130,plus early on I figured out with the clerk at 7-11 that a few books barely paid out $100. Early in the year I bought 2 books of Sizzling 7's and they paid out on 14 tickets and I got $210 and $185 from the book which is decent for the $5 games. When the Frenzys came out I was getting slaughtered on them it wasn't till recent I've got hot on them because there is less people playing them and I can keep track of the numbers. Almost every roll of the $2 Frenzy has a $100 winner and most seem to be in the 60-80 ticket range and with 48,000 $100 winners left there is more to be won on those. The $10 Frenzys are tough, most $10 games do well under ticket 8 but they are horrible early in the roll and I've seen 3 books not even pay a bigger winner then $50. I like the $10 Frenzys in the 50's, the other day I played ticket 55-56 and hit for $65, told my buddy to keep a eye out for ticket 55 and he hit $200 on it. I still hope to hit another $1k on that game. Bankroll Doubler seems just like 10x Money, similar odds and win amounts so it should be a good game.
Matt don't get down, we all go through rough periods with these instant games, best advise is go to a store where you can get friendly with the clerk so he can tell you if a game paid out its big winner yet. Most $5 & 10 games the big winner is $100 so if I know the roll paid that out I won't play the roll. I tip the clerk if I hit using his info, some days he says play this ticket cause its due to hit and alot of times he is right and I make a quick $90 or 95, that's where most of those $100's came from. I hit over 30 $100's since January, I just wish they were bigger then $100 but it keeps me going. Supermarkets are the worst, too much traffic and some games the roll is gone in 2 days so its relying on way too much luck. I hope your luck turns around soon Matt...

Thanks for the encouraging words - appreciate it. The problem is the tickets may just be bad here. I never had this kind of luck the first few years I played. I just think you have to be too right place at the right time anymore, and it's just not a good lottery. I hope you continue the good wins - but I have never been so disgusted with the tickets.
