I used 018 from NM p3 saturday and added the digits 9.  I took the log of nine and 954 showed up two draws later. I'll backtest more.

Good Idea...Never thought of that one. I'll test Florida...

I guess the rule would be that If you add and still get a two digit number, just keep adding till you get one digit, which is root sum...

I'm testing with the average of the sums for the last 10, then I'm going to try square root ,log and compare the results.

The 1/x  key works good lately for NM>  take the number example: 619 for last Saturday's game and put in 169 order.  It is show as an x with a -1 to the right on the calculator.  Th results of yesterdays draw was 537.  the one over of 169 gave the 57 but as 597.  However, there were two areas wit the 57.  I also have experimented while backtesting by taking the mirror of the number and one over it and the hit comes out with all 3 numbers. This may work to put you in the ballpark of selections of #'s.

i guess we are looking at 2 different calcs. On mine there is no checkmark under the m. only all m's.

Its just the inversion key.   X raised to the -1 on most calculators.  9 inverted is 111.111111111 -03.  If you inv back its 9.  I have  been taking the whole draw example 537 inv result is 1.862197394-03 .  I look for repeating pairs,  digtis.  Or, take the mirror of 537.  357 :802 inv =1.246882793-03.  I backtested and found a couple of straight hits with these methods.  I'm keeping a log of this to see what pans out.  The pair 57 hit over 2 out of the last 4 draws.

You might also want to look at taking the square root of the actual number.

              Example 537 = 23.173260452512935064640098095495

              or reverse the number

              735 = 27.110883423451918196254857798477

There could be lot of possibilities to look at.

Each state probably has different scenarios as far as what works with this method.  I'm backtesting and the inversion has worked lately for New Mexico..  However, I'm going to look into square root ,cube root and logs more.

Another idea i came up with is take the last draw (438) and get the total.  Example:999-438 =561.  Then do the +111,-111.  Or get the total 561 and invert with your calculator.  561 inverted or one over key =.001782531.  Possible picks 001 178 825 531.  Mirror: 556 623 370 086.  I did some backtesting and its promising.  I'm going to try on paper for tomorrows NM P3.  last draw 970, so 999-970= 029.  029 inverted =

                  034482759. 034 403 482 842 759, Mirrors :589 958 937 397 204.

Thanx to Greenfox, i was dabbling with the scientific calculator to see if the square roots of the previous draw's individual numbers predicted, or came close to predicting the next draw. I did a short backtest in Florida from March 22, to March 31 and found three hits.

But more importantly, if you do decide to test this in your state, look at the first 4 numbers after the decimal, and the last 4 numbers at the end of the 31 numbers in the square root output.

                    Macrh 23, mid- 027

                    march 23, mid- 144

.....I do a square root for all the numbers that can be square rooted. In this case, you can't do a square root for the number 0, in 027, so I just do the 2 and 7 and look for a match.

Square root of 2 is......1.4142135623730950488016887242097.........We had a hit, but nothing with the 7.

Square root of 9 is......1.7320508075688772935274463415059 (NOTE: To get the square root of 9, just hit the square root button on the calculator twice.

                    -------------------------------------------------------------

Three hits.....One box and 2 staright hits in about 10 days playing only the first 3 numbers after the decimal, and the last 3 numbers. More testing needs to be done, but you'll find out how close it gets many times.

Also, remeber that you can't do a square root for the number 0-1-4-9. ( NOTE: If you hit the square root sign twice, you can get a number for the square root of 4)

If anything, it's yet another good comparison tool that i will be using as an indicator for pair verification.

Between this method, the years back method, and the hairbrained method, we can narrow the numbers down.

Great work, you may want to try phi instead of the square root and see what happens.

Or try the golden ratio 1.618033 ==try this.

In other words try to improve on it.

Little tip for those of you with an iphone.  If you click on the calculator, then turn the screen sideways, it turns into a scientific calculator.
