  ROFLMAO!!!

  The only two lottery malfunctions I have seen on TV were one where the DC Hot Five machine would not select any balls. This happened on Sunday, December 23, 2001. I remember standing there thinking, "When is this thing going to pop out a number?"

  The other one was the Georgia Cash 3 drawing on Sunday, October 5, 2008 (back when Georgia did only a night drawing on Sundays). The first ball came out - a 3. The second ball did not come out. (They conducted a drawing later, and the result was 381).

  Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.

  In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!
