Honestly I don't know why as I said it was the first time I even thought about trying scratch offs. I heard it was a brand new game and had 15$ in my wallet after my purchase so I just tried it out, ended up winning 25$ off those 3 tickets so I got more.
Basicaly that was the downward spiral for me, I kept up with what I spent and at first I would either even up or be down about $25, and then somedays I would be up $25.
Then the addiction of the "play $25 win some back" kept going, and when I would dud out on say 5-10 in a row I felt like the next one in the roll had to be a winner,so I spent more money.
Well I proved that theory wrong now 12 days later when I calculated my losses of roughly $12-1300.
The few times I did win the random $50 or $100 I should have cashed in but of course I didn't.
I kept telling myself that "You can't win the big one if you don't play" and kept trying.
Also I just want to say I am not trying to tell people not to play at all, because you can win, just please "Play Responsibly".
