  let 4 horse run but you must predict who will come in 1st and 2nd or let 5 horses run but you must predict who will come in 1st and 2nd...if it doesnt exist already...

  i havent heard of a Global Horse Racing...

  teens/teenagers dont have horse racing, what if you let dog racing be for teenagers or swimming racing gambling be for teenagers...

  There are plenty of 'prop' bets in horseracing, Daily double, trifecta, quinella, etc....

  Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners. 

  

  There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

  I had to flip a coin to decide which outrageous statement of yours to answer first. Coin Toss already mentioned quinellas and perfectas and they have been around for over 150 years so I'll start with "Global Horse Racing".

  Off track betting has been around for years and it's common to see races from Australia after the U.S. and Canadian cards are finished for the night. Online betters can start at 6 AM East Coast time, betting at a South African track, followed by Sweden, Scotland, and England in the morning. In the Evenings when there is Harness Racing, those liking Thoroughbred races can bet on tracks in Argentina and Australia or Mexican Quarter horses.

  Online poker still is a global billion of dollars business minus of course the billions not being spent by the U.S. players. One of the arguments against legal U.S. online poker is how to regulate it so teenagers can't play. Teenagers can't legally bet at race tracks (including dog tracks), in casinos, or the lottery, but you're suggesting kids wager their allowance betting on swimming of all things.

  How about betting on finger painting for Kindergärtners?
