Epistrophy,

Very true on the 9 wins vs 8. also, 5 1/2 is a number to be avoided when betting football, considered a 'sting' number.

mcginnin56,

Really enjoyed the story, but I was hoping somehow tyou would have mentioned Montana Wildhack, Tralfamadore, and Carol Doda doing station IDs for "The Perfect 36" in San Jose!

Very nice, Coin.

I like a post that references the 5 1/2 "Vegas Zone" and then has me scrambling to Google to look up Carol Doda and Perfect 36.  Awesome.

    RightPrice...

Uh...I believed you made my point.  It's the very point I used in starting this topic. When I say life form, I don't mean breathing.  I mean some type of intelligence.  Numbers can be randomly processed, but that does not make them random in and of themselves, hence the patterns.

Now about having  to share an easy jackpot with thousands of others.  The powerball is $140,000,000 right now.  If the number 1 2 3 4 5 PB 6 came in on Saturday, I would not mind sharing the jackpot with thousands because I know I would at least get 10,000 bucks out of it.  LOL!
