Can a private person start a lottery?

You can start your own private lottery. Have you every heard of the Madoff, Enron and BOA lotterys. These have been very successful.

Those lotteries still work today in any country of the world. No Pity!

I really envy the UK, they tax you on anything and everything.  Thud

They still haven't tax the air we are breathing in

Heard government have plans on it

Suspiciousness is one way of saying that one do not want to know the truth. It is the best way to keep the mind empty and the spirit restless.
