Here is another way to use the Lottery Bible.
Find reoccurring pairs.
Let's take 13 for example.
13 appears 4 times in the lines.
13 hits 2 times in Pick 3 and 5 times in WIN 4
Next example 11.
11 appears 2 times in the lines.
11 hits 5 times in Pick 3 and 2 or 3 times in WIN 4
