  Thrifty, I support that the correct mindset can produce (manifest) things within the lottery. Is there anything which states otherwise? Everything begins within a person's belief system and level of expectation. But, you cannot put specifics on the timing or amounts in this case. A person must allow certain things to come together, based on their belief, to experience reasonable levels of expectations.

  Like faith, one must build up strength with time. If you think you can, you're right. If you don't think you can, you're also right. It's mind over matter...if you have the mind then nothing matters.

  Reasonable expectations in accordance to belief will produce results with time. Generally, when you look for something, and expect to find it, you will.
