Won $10 this am playing all even numbers.

I seem to do best playing all even and playing mostly am or noon draws.

After having no $500 winners there wer 16 in the

draw a couple of posts back. It helped that the draw

          started at the number 9.

How sad and no chicken dinner for you either. I've been playing all sorts of combinations but all I am getting are 5,6, and 7's. Don't know what else to play and short of driving 8 hours to Conroe and buy QP'S. Thanks. AL.

P.S. I am sure you will make up for "no chicken" to "grande chicken " next Thursday. Turkey

Conroe is what, 30 or 45 minutes north of Houston? I live north of Fort Worth, but my daughter went to college at Sam Houston Stae for a year or 2.

I played the noon draw today, no cigar. I usually play all even numbers...seem to have the best luck with that.

I'll play again tomorrow morning, just once a day, 4 or 5 times a week.

I seriously considered playing all 24 draws each week, but man, that's $48. Don't think that's such a good idea. I think that's why they set the game up like that. You can't play multi draws daytime only, or night only. It has to be consecutive draws for the same day. They want you to play all the draws.

                    Good luck everyone!

Ooops rcbbuckeye I thought you were living in Houston.

Do you live near the race track up in Justin?

The Formula 1 race is in way SE Austin this week--glad I live

north of Austin. The Longhorns don't play here until Thursday

or it would be one big traffic jam.

I'm going to the horse track in San Antonio again tomorrow.

If anybody has any hot tips send them my way.

I live a few miles from the speedway. I can hear the cars when they race or when someone is testing if the wind is right. Kids used to drive past the speedway to go to high school in Justin. Scared me to death because people drive like maniacs thru there. Lot of rock haulers as well.

Only had one horse racing experience at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie several years ago. It was fun, but trying to win any money was a disaster. LOL.

I had friend who was quite good at picking the horses.

He had a program made for his computer and we used to

hit enough to make it worthwhile playing those Lone Star

                          horses.

We went after the longer shots. Most of our wins were in

the $12-$25 range. Hit a decent number of exactas and

enough trifectas to keep most people happy.

The program worked by importing information from BRIS.

One day they decide they will improve the information--

cause I guess it wasn't picking enough 2/1 horses and the

program was never very effective after that.

We did do some decent handicapping from the racing from

but I moved away and couldn't play the horses anymore.

Anyway there are going to be 110,000 people going to the F1

Race here. Lots of activities included so maybe 150,000+ will

                          be running around the area--yay.

Got a quick pick by mistake tonight for the night draw. I'm

                            feeling lucky. Also have 1-2-3-8-9-10-16-17-18-22-23-24

I'm felling lucky because the horses were not kind today.

Had one race where I  thought my horse had a good chance

to win so I put a little on him to win and since he was going

off at 7/1 I put more on the show.

Five horses running. Only have to beat two. At the gate one horse

throws the jockey and runs away so they scratch him. You might

think my chances just got better but nooooooooooooooooo the

stupid horse runs dead last 3 greyhound bus lengths behind the 3rd place

horse--who by the way was 2 greyhound bus lengths behing #1 and #2.

to win so I put a little on him to win and since he was going

off at 7/1 I put more on the show.

Been there done that and I share your feeling brother. I am giving the Texas All or Nothing a break cause I am broke and have not played for about two weeks now. I think I am going to stick to slots but there is no guarantee either. Hang in there cuz things can only get better when one is at the bottom of the barrel. Thanks.
