Is it possible to claim in a none anonymous state

then move to an anonymous to claim your winnings or is it only claim where you won??? What?

You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting. In what world could you possibly beat me?Patriot

If that is the case then can you explain Primm Valley  Lotto Store - Primm, NV    since Nevada has no state lottery.......

So I feel that there is some kind of loop hole for winners that want to stay anonymous....

You have to claim the ticket in the state where it was purchased.
