New Substitute Lottery System
HotSheets
I've received a few inquiries regarding HotSheets.
Specifically, what are they, how are they constructed and used with a substitute workout.It seems in the lottery business, there are two main beliefs:
1. Lottery drawings are random, and analysis of prior drawings (history) is a waste of time.
2. Systematic tracking of lottery drawing results can provide clues and trends that
can aid number selection.If you are a No. 1, then you should close the file.
Official lotteries use various methods to insure that drawing procedures provide random
results.
In a Pick 3 game, the winning combinations are usually generated using three separate drums
having an escape mechanism that, according to some plan, allows a single numbered ball to rise to the top of a chute, and be accepted as a winning number.
This process is repeated three times, thus, 3 balls escape and form an official winning combination.It is important to realize that no mathematical actions, formulas, etc, is involved in the drawing.
The balls are simply numbered objects.For the most part, the drawing procedures do in fact provide a continuing series of 'randomly generated' combinations.
Yet, in Texas, '666' was the winning combination twice in the span of three drawings.
So, you never know.In my opinion, many folks have been trying for a hundred years or more to find a reliable way to
predict in advance what numbers will escape the drums for a specific drawing.However, there is no public record that anyone has ever designed such a system.
The best we can do, in my opinion, is to employ systematic tracking methods that explore the past, show trends and provide useful clues that help individual players find answers to the most important question of all - what's next?
HotSheets, in conjuction with Inventory charts, provide past and recent drawing results for several areas of interest.
Here is an example of a HotSheet I use for tracking Texas Pick 3 results.
Data Source: Basic Foundation, Columns III and IV (my Master Conversion Key)

Explanation:
L# = lottery number as directed by Master Conversion Key.
FG# - Gap Number (Col III) including Gap Alpha assignment (Col IV).
(I.e., G# 3 is '3A' according to my personal Key)
Draw-by-Draw - The lines are updated according to draw results by
inserting '*' in the appropriate line.(If the first G# number in Column III of Base Foundation Worksheet is a
'3' , an asterisk "*" is entered at the end of the line, as shown above.End-of-Line Total = The total number at the end of each line, except the
one with the '*', is increased by one to show how many drawings the L# and FG# have
'been out.'Updating:
There are 3 FG#s for each Pick 3 drawing.
Therefore, asterisks must be entered in 3 consecutive columns.Here is the latest Basic Foundation:

The FG#s are, in order of occurrence, 8C, 4B and 2A.
Therefore, '*' entered at end of line for 8C.
The other lines are advanced one column.
An '*' is entered at the revised end of line for 4B.
The other lines are advanced one column.
An '*' is entered at the revised end of line 2A.

Interpretation:Players usually evaluate and assess lottery information according to their personal experiences.
The '*' entries show which lottery and Gap Apha combinations have 'come up' during recent drawings.
The high End-of-Line totals indicate which 'L#s' and 'GA" have been out the longest and therefore, are, according to some interpretations are 'Due' or are 'Cold".
Bottom line, taken as a whole, the HotSheet, provides general AND specific information on where the lottery 'has been' (long term) and 'TRENDS' (short term) on where it may be headed.
Inventory
In addition to the HotSheet, it is recommended that User maintain a current FG# inventory.
Here my Inventory for Texas Pick 3 (totals only)
1A - 69
2A - 71
3A- 76
4B - 64
5B - 63
6B - 54
7C - 61
8C - 75
9C - 47
0R - 67(Note: 9C-47 entry is correct)
Similarly to a Lottery Number inventory, the totals are pretty close. Not sure why 9C is lagging.
USE
When deciding which lottery numbers to play, the User would evaluate the Inventory/HotSheet data and choose.
For example, if User believes, using other Inventory/HotSheets, that the best 'GAS' for the next drawing is 'ABA' , he/she would layout a playsheet where possible choices are gathered in one place.
The initial task here is choosing two 'As':

As always - choose correctly and win!
The bet could be Exact or Box, or both, depending on how the User wants to spend.

In the example above, should L# G# GA be: am I using the wrong conversion keys....oh I see where its user specific,
1 3 A but shouldn't it be the same for all sheets?

I don't usually post my plays in advance of a drawing.
My choices are mine alone. They are based on my interpretation of the data generated by my
workout. Although I have had some 'hot streaks,' I frequently make wrong choices.
I'm going to make an exception for Texas Pick 3 and Daily 4 for 110512 Day drawings.
There are 14 total combinations, all of them based on my "Positional" tracking charts.
This is new territority for me.
One needs a lot of data in order to get a 'feel' for how the numbers are falling in specific positions.
Choosing by position requires manifold decisions. I'm hopeful that I've read the data correctly.
Also, my big Daily 4 win provided same additional spending money.
Pick 3:
Double: 844 488 855 522 (Double lottery number tracking)
Singles: 369 379 375 075 364 065 162 324 085 372 (Based on GAS doubles AA, BB, CC)
Daily 4:
1880 1336 (Double lottery number tracking)
4326 (GAS triple CCC)
8712 (GAS double BB)
Going to play these numbers for 3 days, total 6 drawings.
Total Investment: $84, or $14 per drawing.This is 3 times my normal investment when I play. I don't play every drawing.
Again, this is my first attempt using my POSITIONAL tracking charts, rather than the base overall follower charts,
explained in previous posts
As an aside.
I get the feeling you want me to spell out my step-by-step analysis of the tracking charts.
I really don't know how to state and explain my reasons for picking 3A rather than 1A, etc.
The only answer I can provide is that you will have to establish and maintain the tracking charts. Once you have reliable
data for 30 or more drawings, you will have to study the 'flow' and draw your own conclusions.
If you are waiting for me to tell you what to do, there won't be any satisfactory anwers.
Waiting for someone to give you an Excel program won't work. I've had a dozen or more promises from folks
who said they would create such a program. But, they never do because they want to make it a prediction system, which
it isn't.
If you are unwilling to 'get down and dirty', so to speak, with your lotteries, then, I don't know what to tell you.
Choosing numbers is serious business. If you don't have the time to establish and update the charts, then maybe you
should consider 'quick picks.'
Sorry if I've offended you, but, I don't have the time or interest to do the work for you.
I've posted examples of my workout. Now it's up to you to get out the graph paper and go to work.Have a good one!

My example is correct for my personal key.
Yours will be different, assuming your key is different, which it probably is.
If your example is correct, then, yes, L# will always be G#3, which is an A, etc.

It is involved and time consuming, but, it works - provided you keep your charts current.Bobby623

Here are results for Texas Pick 3 and Daily 4 for 1105Day
Pick 3
Winning combination: 414
Base Foundation Line: 1105D 414 969 CBC DC 0120
Had 844.
The $10 lesson for me is that some digits (ie. the 6 in GAS 969) can come up 4 times in row.Daily 4
Winning combination: 4687
Base Foundation Line: 1105D 4687 7456 CBBB TB 0310Half right with two combinations- doesn't pay.
My analysis of the Type column indicated a triple was due, but I chose CCCB.Replaying my choices for 1105N.
I may cut back to 8 total combinations for 1106D.
