  Let me stress again - this is NOT a prediction system, per se. There are no features
  that will produce ready to play combinations.
  Following a systematic plan, The User creates and updates the various data strings. He/she evaluates the trends
  and decides which digits have best chance of answering the 'what's next' question.
  It is a paper and pencil workout.
  Attempts have been made to 'automate' the 'logging' of new information, but
  none have been posted.
