            Well it seems to me that WA state is rare when it comes to PB and MM winners... I find it odd that others states have more winners and i wonder if it is demographics of more people per captia in a state?

            It's the per capita thing. In some states there's one person for every person in the state, but in the states that win PB & MM a lot there's two or even trhee people for every person in the state. I think it has something to do with the electoral college, or maybe Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. At any rate, it causes people in those states to buy more tickets

              I believe it's the Heisenberg compensator.
