Does veeryone believe that during every lottery game every single ball is present. What are the ways to insure there is not fraud? Showing game on TV is not  aproof , rather opposite, because vedoe can show you anything in a world you want to see as true.

I believe all the balls are missing.

I think we should be putting out an all points bulletin for these kidnapped balls.

The only way to insure there is no fraud, is to assign each ball a private body guard.

The reason to leave all the balls in (avoiding prison) is BETTER than the reason for leaving one out (none)

Anytime regulations need to be followed there is no expense too great, especially when it is the State making the regulations, following the regulations , enforcing the regulations, and confirming the regulation have been followed.

Makes me wonder if some members here have already lost their balls. What?

on odd numbered days they take out 3 even balls, On even numbered days they take out 3 oddballs.

On full moons, they take out 10 balls, just random.

At the end of the month only the balls with sixes are removed.

If the inspectors family doesn't feel like winning that day, they just take out the balls with sevens, fours and twos.

If the inspector gets a haircut that day, the take out all the balls with zeros.

If the inspectors wife bakes cookies that day they take out all the threes.

Hint, the fives are always there, and don't tell anyone, this is top secret.

Members without balls can be very unproductive in deed........

I wnat to see a thriller about frajulant lottery company. Say, someone discovered that they create special formula and balls come out fallowing it, so they know combinations ahead of time and keep the list at the vault. Some guys, sort of like Oceans Eleven, decide to rob their vault, they get the winning combination and hit a jack pot, which they devide. But,  they can not win again and again, that be suspicious. Why do another game, they are already rich, but they are bored with their rich lives. So, they find ways to make other people, of their choice, to choose proper combinations and win. They do it in funny, hillarious ways. They help a war veteran, victims of natural disaster, homeless man. One day this guy, say, someone like Bred Pit, notices beautiful young lady at the store about to buy  lottery ticket, and he notices that she's two numbers off. He distractes her and gives a clerk another slip, with correct numbers. Then they date and she wins, and all of them are on never ending lottery giving spree and live happily ever after.

Excellent advice. When I played the race track I always bet the 5 in the 5th and won 5 out of 10 times.

They have independent auditors who monitor every single step.
