Anyone here did this, send used lottery tickets again for wins, because company encourages recycling them?

      I heard people can win up to 1000 per ticket doing that. I think they do it to scratch tickets.

        I think we all should save our tickets and create one giant paper mache sculpture. We could call it "Homage to Lottery Post."

          When Illinois has a 2nd Chance contest it takes $30 in losers to get one entry. You can send them in, which is a pain as every ticket has to have name, address and phone number on the back, or log them in online on the website. 

          It's a lot wasier just to get a $20 scratcher or three $10s or an advanced play draw game ticket and do it.

          Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.
