Quick Picks versus Self Picks has become a hot button political issue among lottery enthusiasts.

It has gone to the extent where both sides have employed lobbyists to defend their respective agendas.

As far as QPs are concerned, the terminal is doing all the work. Shouldn't QP players pay more for their tickets?

Comments welcomed.

Yes, the lottery should charge $5 for a single line whether you play quick pick or self pick.

          No.

There should be a new national $1 jackpot game started that plays on Mondays and Thursdays.

And a $5 game played on Sundays only.

          So let it be written.

          So let it be done.

                        Political issue. What?

Oh yeah I get it now, QP's are a party favorite because they are always winning the jackpots.

Winners should always pay less, losers should always pay more.

Therefore QP's should only cost $.50, self-picks tickets $2.  Thumbs Up

if it went to $5.00, just like Gas they will still buy  Yes Nod

but if people are going to pay more, then they need to make the prizes BIGGER also.

Quick picks and self picks have the same chances of winning. We will see more players picking their own numbers when all the lotteries start selling tickets over the Internet like Illinois.
