I bought a $5000 a week for life and lost. I seem to always lose on that game!
Yeah me too. I only won my money back and one time a $100 since I been buying that ticket here an there since its release. I don't buy them anymore because with one jackpot top prize left its just not intriguing...well unless some one has an idea what the last Jackpot range may be in.

Nice win. You likely got the best win in that roll.
Funny story, I was in Publix yesterday to get a scratch off and there was an older man who didn't know if he had won or not on this game. A woman said let me see and showed him he had won $1. I guess it's true there will be a lot of loss winners from this game. A lot of people won't know to add up the "change" to see if it's over a $1. I blame the lottery on games like these. Just stick to matching numbers mmmmmmmmmmk.

Add this game to the crossword and bingo scratch games for a lot of small amount winners being thrown away. People need to read the instructions or at least scan the tickets to see if they won or not...

Yes! When in doubt scan it out lol. I hate those bingo and crossword scratches personally. But nice to have someone "proofread" those for you as well too. Since I only play one and "dones" I usually go over those type games 2 or 3 times just to be sure. I can see people who play those type games in multiples probably making a mistake. I remember buying my mom a bingo game and she scratched it and said she lost. I looked it over and saw she had won $3 so it does happen if you're older or not used to those type games.

So fate had a hand in my 1st book buying experience. I was having 2nd thoughts, and ended up buying 2 of the old Gold Rush, won 520$. So I added 80$ for the 2MJ book it was 0271. So far it looks like I got back 570$. Going to recheck the losing tickets tomorrow with fresh eyes. Overall, I feel like I got lucky I didn't lose more. Out of 60 tickers, 21 were winners. Two of which were 100$ each, and a few 50, 40, 25, 15, and 10$ prizes in between.

Here's my stack of winners.
Honestly, that's a great return. $245/$600 is the minimum. Thankfully, you encountered a really good book. =) 21/60 tickets is also better than 1 in 3, significantly better than the game's overall odds.
I found a couple spots with really old books. One place has the 2MJ in the 20k range, very old book. They have two books in that range, and I wouldn't advise touching them because they're too low and not in the final GP range. I also found a location with a Super Millions book in the73k range, 400k range, and a $10 Holiday Gifts in the 18k range. I didn't buy any tickets, the $10 HG book is tempting but I think the chances of the final 2MJ jackpot being out there is higher. I also think the odds of the final Super Millions jackpot being out there is better than we may think. A store nearby me was able to get 5 books of Super Millions, and 5 books of 2MJ within a single day from the warehouse. Unorderable, but I suppose if a retailer has connections...

Nice wins. I just had my 2 first wins for December of $10 and $5 respectively on $5 holiday millions. Both from publix, one from counter and machine. I'm just wondering does anyone know how to find out where the lottery will be when they have "pop up" giveaways for scratchers. Like I saw on their site they were in the Villages on the 10th giving away scratchers and such. Thanks in advance.

The older one, it's a yellow ticket not the new doubler ticket.
i was planning to buy a book of 2MJ today but I was really nervous about the cost vs return. I've never spent that much on scratch offs before. So winning just before made the decision that much easier.
